I ordered a hoodie and the fit just wasn’t right, so I sent it back. The return itself was accepted without much hassle, but they made it sound like the refund would be quick and that definitely wasn’t the case. It took about two weeks, and I had to email them twice just to get an update. Not the worst experience ever, but annoying when the process doesn’t match what they promise.

After trying it out, I’d say it was worth what I paid. Nothing felt overpriced to me, and based on the experience, the value seemed fair.

I had a good experience using thespacecollective.com overall. The pages loaded quickly, and I was able to find most of what I needed without too much hassle. The site layout is simple and easy to browse, but a few parts on mobile felt a little confusing. I ordered from The Space Collective thinking shipping might take a little while, which is totally fine, because apparently patience is part of the experience. But this took way longer than I expected, and not in a fun little “worth the wait” kind of way.

I was disappointed when this showed up. It really didn’t look like the pictures at all, the colors were off, and the size just felt wrong. I reached out to support because I didn’t want to just eat the cost, but they basically told me it was normal. i wish I’d gone with something else because I feel like I lost money on this one...
